Is Terms & Conditions me:

• “Company”, “We”, “Us” ka matlab VrikshaCraft / vrikshacraft.com hai.

• “Customer”, “User”, “You” ka matlab jo bhi humari website/app se products browse, purchase, book ya order karta hai.

• “Product” ka matlab furniture ya home-furnishing item, jise online order, showroom visit booking ya seller ke through preserve kiya jata hai.

Ye Terms sabhi purchases, bookings, order confirmations aur platform ke use par lagu hoti hain.

2. Website/Service ka Use

• Website ka use sirf legal aur authorized buyers ke liye hai.

• Aap website tab tak use nahi kar sakte jab tak aap in Terms ko accept nahi karte.

• Aapko apne account details (email, phone) ko sahi aur up-to-date rakhna hoga.

3. Order, Booking & Confirmation

• Showroom visit ke liye Visit Assurance Amount (jaise ₹499) dena zaruri ho sakta hai, jo purchase me adjust ho jayega ya refund policies ke mutabik wapas milega.

• Order/vendor confirmation document hi binding contract ka hissa banata hai.

4. Pricing, Taxes, Payment

• Saare product prices INR me show kiye jate hain aur applicable GST/charges alag ya inclusive ho sakte hain — jo site par mention hoga.

• Prices kabhi bhi product available-for-sale ke samay badal sakte hain, baki terms checkout par final prices hi host kiye jayenge.

5. Delivery & Risk

• Delivery local showroom ya coordination model ke through hoti hai.

• Delivery timelines estimated hote hain aur kabhi kabhi badh bhi sakte hain due to logistics constraints.

• Risk tab tak customer ke pass nahi aata jab tak product physically deliver nahi hota.

6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

• Returns aur cancellations site par alag se diya gaya Return Policy yah Refund Policy ke mutabik honge (jo alag linked page par available hoga).

• User ko product receive karne ke baad defect aur damage claim submit karna hoga clear evidence ke sath.

7. Intellectual Property

• Website ke content — text, images, design, logo, product photos — VrikshaCraft ke owned ya licensed materials hain.

• Content ka unauthorized use, copying, distribution mana hai.

8. User Conduct
